QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Is Built Into the Work.

Every maintenance task at Omega is completed by a technician and then independently reviewed by a second qualified set of eyes before the aircraft is returned to service. This second pass catches what a single set of eyes might miss, whether it is a torque value, a sign-off, or a step easy to overlook under time pressure. It is a standard we apply to every job, not just the complicated ones. No task is closed out until it has been checked twice.

OUR STANDARD

The Manual Says How. That's How We Do It.

Omega doesn't improvise. Every technical question is researched against the manufacturer's manual and documentation before our team touches the aircraft. Every step we perform is traceable back to an approved procedure, not guesswork, and not a shortcut.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Maintenance Questions, Answered.

  • What does an annual inspection at Omega include?

Our annual inspections cover a full airworthiness review of the aircraft, systems, and structure. Every finding and every completed item is checked by a second qualified technician before the aircraft is signed off, our standard two-sets-of-eyes process.
  • What types of aircraft does Omega service?

We service Part 23 aircraft, from piston singles through business jets, with particular depth on Citation CE500/CE525 and Cessna 400 series aircraft.
  • How long does a typical inspection or repair take?

Turnaround depends on what we find once the aircraft is opened up. We give honest timelines up front, and if something unexpected comes up, we communicate it and get your approval before any additional work proceeds.
  • Do you handle engine troubleshooting as well as scheduled maintenance?

Yes. The same team that handles scheduled inspections also handles unscheduled engine troubleshooting and repair work, so there's no handoff and no loss of context on your aircraft.
